Forgive my ignorance on Cisco, but from this article, I assume
IOS is Cisco's proprietary RTOS. If that's the case and Cisco
takes the advice in this article (decouple IOS from their hardware), they'd be in direct competition with WIND. Am I interpreting
correctly here?
