Thanks for your putting it in perspective secureit....
I have to agree with you, many of the investors that know of TSIG are thinking the "old" Company and 10ksb. and the R.G. share issue is a drag until made clear. And, you are right, it will do wonders when the Company registers positive cash flow.
All this makes more sense as to why shares are sluggish at this stage, but the future holds the promise. Appreciate getting me on track again.

Paul,

Marty's report says RG and family own only 14MM shares. If this is accurate then a public statement from RG is needed to put this issue to rest once and for all so we can move forward.

The 10Ksb clearly states that Robert Gordon and family are beneficial owners of 40,000,000 shares.

Whatever Marty says is nice, but the SEC RECORDED FACT remains that until Mr Gordon goes back to owning the 17% of the company before these share shenanigans, instead of 54% he's hijacked from the shareholders, while losing more than $25,000,000 this stock will sit in the dumper.

If Mr. Gordon stays at the helm it may still sit in the dumper. I too like the plan, but as of late have become a realist. We can make a difference.

PM me for details.

Very well said, Paul, I agree 100%

I invested in TSIG because I believe in the business model and I still do. IMO TSIG has a huge potential upside and the pieces are quickly falling into place. However, IMO until the PP is taken out, RG's share issue is publicly resolved and revenues are in the coffers the stock price will not move commensurate with the news. I do believe that these issues will be resolved in a positive manner in the near future and then the stock price will shoot upwards and make up for lost time.
