What can they do about it? I follow roughly 10 penny stocks and at any given time there are people complaining about the illegality of mm maneuvers on at least five of those stocks. I know they have their strategies - as we have ours - but is there anything an IR can really do about the situation?

Sprintcar,

little can be done about the MM's. They do what they have to do to make a buck (actually a 16th) they don't care and they know unless they are doing something against the law they are free to manipulate as they have always done. The IR guy cant control that. He can, however, do what he has been doing, and that's get the word out.
