So maybe I'm covered with my bet on GNET. Which looks to be a big part of Paul Allen's bid for broadband (the Wired World). Geez, guys duke it out here, as long as I get MY share of the broadband network. Win win as far as I'm concerned. It takes some really deep pockets to make all this go forward.

Franz: Excellent summary. But why would MSFT kick 2Home off the property. Wouldn't it do them well to place their software into the @Home system. Perhaps MSN could involve itself in this whole thing. It does appear that ATT has seized the initiative but their will be DOJ,FTC,FCC concerns for ATT.
