Mohan, The PM was from a regular contributor to both these threads, who certainly seems to like Burke from his posts. In fact, he wrote that he (and many others) considers himself to be a student of Burke. From reading your post, it seems to me that he was indeed correct. Also, TBH, your post seems to me to say the exactly same thing in a different manner. Is there an Ask BGR thread BTW? ROFLMAO! Who created it? Anyway, I have no interest in discrediting Burke. When he says something patently wrong, like his interpretation of MPT, in a public forum, I have attempted to correct him, that's all. I have never made a single statement about new era, nor have I ever seriously recommended anyone to buy or sell any security (though I have explained loud and clear why I personally follow a particular investing philosophy). However, several regular posters in this thread visit other threads attempting to scare holders into selling. Lucretious Taurus and Skeeter Bug are particularly annoying among them and Burke himself often engages in such tactic (it was from a Burke visit to the DELL thread that I came to know of the Ask MB thread). I must say that I haven't seen you do the same. BTW, don't you think that the average arrogance in this thread is a bit too much, when you folks label the investor community at large to be blind and posit that the main problem facing this generation of investors is that dumb people have too much money!? I will let you have the last word. -BGR.
