From where I sit I think you will have a big winner here....There may be a stock reverse to cut down on the # of shares but that isnt a big deal.... The deal is made with the note holders and they are happy(I am one)... I am converting my note into shares....(at a fair deal to all..I cant give the details yet...) but the company will be out of debt and Commonwealth is raising another $20 Million and that will be enough to make PICK fly...but give it a few months to really take off....and I am sure you all will be happy.....I plan to be. al
