Incredible conference call..
You just have to hear it yourself..
I expect several upgrades tomorrow.
Lam will have a positive earning of 10 cents a share
next Q with 190 million in revenue. This is in contrast
with their 2Q 98 earning of 10 cents a share based on
290 million in revenue. Same earning with 100 million less
in revenue. Lam expects to return to 1 billion revenue in
the fiscal yr 2000. At the current earning leverage, LAM
EPS will skyrocket. Most surprising comment of all was that
1 billion figure excludes the possible revenue stream from
CMP business. Bagley mention that CMP market will be 1.4 billion
in yr 2002-2003. Jokingly said that he wants to capture the whole
market. If LAM get one third of the CMP pie, LAM will have additional
reveune of 500 million and growing etch revenue in yr 2002..
I have a feeling we all will be smiling in yr 2002.
In the meantime, let us be patient and hold onto this stock.
