Thats just candlestick talk. Basicly its a good reversal signal.

If the NAZ gaps down in the morning and closes negative, such would further confirm/intensify the signal.

Candlesticks are just so poetic.

If you didn't understand the message, you really, really need to go buy a couple of good TA books. When I first heard the IBM news last night, my thought was that today could set a record to the upside. The fact that it did not speaks volumes.

It is MHO that major market moves do not occur when the OEX is 100 points above the weekly moving average. I expected a lot of money on the sidelines to move in, and it did not. It looked like money was just rotating back into the tech sector, at the expense of other sectors. To me, that's just not indicative of a major break to the upside. Early next week should tell the tale.
