I think there is a few major differences between the two companies; RRRR has an investor backing the company with rights to own up to 40% of RRRR. MSGI has CMGI mgt, CMGI investment and GE behind it - a little more firepower i would say than RRRR has. MSGI, IMO, is in a better position than RRRR to take on businesses that CMGI simply can't deal with right now. An incredible partnership. MSGI will be profitable rapidly.
