Flip .. Jim was let go - he had 142,000 shares which are tied up until next February. The reasons for his dismissal are between Jim and the company. The current programming team knows the algorithm inside and out - they were instrumental in developing the Palm Pilot software and the XMail product. I'm not belittling Jim's involvement, just saying that it was a team effort and that will continue. Most of them have been with the company for 8 months, and have extensive backgrounds in computer programming.
