Warren, I tend not to buy more after a takeover is announced. Too many fall through. In this case, the premium is not that tremendous and I would probably hold for the deal. There isn't that much downside if it doesn't happen.

White knights and sweeter offers do occur, but not as often as I, as a shareholder, would like. For example, when the Tellabs/Ciena deal flopped, I was sure there would be another buyer soon. I bought the stock and it went up, but a buyer was hard to find.

So, in short, I would hold what I owned in this case, but not buy more.
