First thanks to all who answered my posts - very interesting responses. Jimbo: I read your reply yesterday and your reasoning was impeccable until you posited a drop off in LPGL tomorrow. It was as though you were saying that the drop effect should not occur, but it will. I think you are saying it depends on the margin of error in the valuation given to NETP. Unless that valuation is stunning, then the market will assume that LPGL is fully valued if not overvalued - at least until enthusiasm for the next IPO returns. If it is stunning, then LPGL is seen as being undervalued. Was the original price expected to be $10-12 and it has now been raised to $14?
