OT VENDIT - I want to thank you publically and profusely for your answer. I have read it twice already and will re-read it some more. Maybe then I will be able to ask an intelligent question about it. The whole topic of Technical Analysis (TA as I now know it is called) is something that many threaders whom I have come to trust, including yourself, refer to. I still do not have much more than an inkling how to read and combine the knowledge gained from charts with my puny "gut-feel" about a stock. However, it and the many different approaches those of you who have greater market experience and portfolios than myself have opened a whole new world for me. I am on the very bottom of the learning curve, but very, very hungry for more knowledge - about tools and approaches. Thanks again. One day I may be able to pass on my knowledge of such things. BTW - I'm glad Sal asked for a public response - and I thank you (as I'm sure many others do) for it. Jeff Smith
