Susan, I've read the GNET board and it seems CNBC was way out of line. Rarely can one cable channel piss off so many people at one time. Hell they even pissed off a most humble Josef, which pisses me off. Question: Did David Faber do this "interview" with Mark?
CNBC has pissed of BLUE so I plan on getting out the FACTS. This board is going to have some fun, BLUE style. If I were CNBC I'd rather have a pit bull on my leg than a pissed off BLUE. You think Earl Mason got trashed? Wait.
Was David Faber doing this interview with Mark? I need to know this as I plan on talking to an old friend of mine and a fellow GE shareholder, so I need my facts straight. When CNBC looks bad so does GE. I won't stand for that and neither should Jack.
If CNBC had a brain in their head they would have Mark apologize on the air for the TONE of the "interview" if nothing else. A call to Russell wouldn't hurt as well. This is a mess that should of never happened. CNBC and Mark Haines got a major black eye on this one. 909 BLUE

CNBC, A WAKE UP CALL.
For those who don't have time to read all the comments made about Mark Haine's CNBC "interview", here are a few I've selected for your entertainment and CNBC's education. You can see the full text from these quotes on the GNET board.

RE: Mark Haines: "He was a complete jerk and made himself look bad." Jon Zachary

"CNBC Kiss of Death" EyeDrMike

"The interview with Horowitz made the reporters appear foolish" Data Bits

"The CNBC interviewers looked childish and came off very poorly." "I don't think serious investors would base a decision on that piece of garbage laughingly referred to as an interview." Sleeper

And BLUE's favorite from The O who said:

I would of said "look I'm worth about 50 kazillion dollars now. I must be doin' something right you fat as*. And I'm not going to answer any more of your STUPID questions. CNBC sucks, and you all can bite me." The O
