The other thing to think about is the recent change in reporting requirements. NPEC's day in the sun is Feb'00, and unless you believe NPEC will suddenly become a reporting company they have a finite window in which to P&D this thing. It shouldn't be long before we see 2-cents, and then the fireworks might start in earnest.

Lola: Your point on the chart issue is well taken! True they come back yet there are some that take a drop down to .004 and hold a year only to have a spike on one day and it's just to get that high for the year. I can point you to many a issue if you wish to see the charts. The drop down deal here is what would happen if this one was to drop! with 90mm issued there would be a reverse. If you don't think someone up north knows how to do a reverse of 1-50 or 1-30 your wrong. This I do know and that's a fact. So where will NPEC be in say 6 months with no news??? That in it's self hold's back my investment $$$$$$ right up there with no facts on the company even if they answer the phone. What is said on the telephone is not cast in stone it's of little value with this history lesson. How many times were we promised news and told what it would be about only to never see the news? I was told there were investors in Calf. who hold millions of shares like over 15 mm now what if??? yet can it be that they hold millions of shares short not long? did anyone ever say long???? Now if short what would they gain in a 1-50 rvs/split???? from .09 cents down???? How could they loose??? Why am I here? Just to find out why. Lease it never happen again. If that's bad well so be it. There is a lesson in life for everyone and I'm learning every day.......... Old timer once said: if you don't ask you can never put the blame on anyone but yourself....Boy do I want to save someone's tale or what? Yet we have mime's with the right answers on very important points. This was just MO. on the current holding pattern of this investment.
