P.E. -- Very interesting post, but could you expand slightly?

I gather that what you're actually suggesting is an investment in AGCR, because of its link to NTI (since NTI itself is a privately-owned company, we apparently can't buy any stock in IT). But exactly how do you see possible NTI success translating into a boost for AGCR stock, since there's no indication that AGISS has any OWNERSHIP-stake in NTI (only an "advisory" role). Would appreciate any further info you may have. Thanx...
