Naturally, when things are going good, explanations are not required, but when things aren't going so well, explanations and or information is REQUIRED. They do OWE us feedback, its called "DAMAGE CONTROL" which goes beyond Press Releases. And we do have expectations, at least I do. My expectations may be inflated. If so, then that is just another reason to issue a company report. How else can we give them a report card if we don't have something to gauge them on? JMHO thebeaver1
