xcr, it didn't look like a floorless to me. "After July 27, 1999 such Convertible Debenture will be convertible at a variable rate, but in no event less than $2.49 per share. " edgar-online.com It's dilutional, but not abusive IMO. I'd like to know more about what this Apollo Management Ltd. Some of the other deals it's been involved in, and why the documents relating to the deal haven't been filed with the SEC. I'd think an 8-k at least would be appropriate. Barb Barb
