Stroke--Let me try and explain this, so you won't have a stroke.

From the 3rd QTR 10Q, look at this:

Income (loss) from operations of Teik Tatt Holding Co., SDN 1,017,537

Loss on disposal of Teik Tatt Holding Co., SDN BHD (1,447,290)

The 3rdQtr 10Q reconciled the disposition of TT. As this was a one time disposition, it should be excluded from the seto bottom line. This amount is a net charge of approx 330,000 or a bit more than 3 cents a share. This may have some additional costs in the 4th qtr, but the point is that this is 330K that is subtracted from seto earnings to yield the .022 EPS figure.

This is only conjecture, but I believe Pian was referring to on-going operations when he said SETO would beat .03 EPS. Point in fact, if the .022 EPS reflects net costs associated with dissolving the TT deal, then on going operations actually made over 5 cents for the year. If there were residual charges associated with the back out of TT that weren't assigned until the 4th quarter, then the company did even better than 5 cents for ongoing operations.

*** Anybody that thinks the SETO report is not anything but outstanding is not in touch with reality.

Anytime you have a company with profits (ANY profits) and still under $1.00 on the BB, with all the promise of much higher revenues in the future, you have a real winner.

Plus I understand they are saving much of the legal write-offs for this current quarter from the acquisitions, so Q2 numbers will be terrific, imo.

I mean, c'mon folks, you all have to agree that we will see a bare minimum of 10 cents EPS for this year.

Figure it out. Average PE of 25 in this sector at least.

Do the math.
