Joe, I was kidding about the new digs, although Peter Lynch mentions it as a warning sign in his book. Wind has not been executing. They are having trouble getting new products out the door and they are probably struggling with the integration of the companies they have purchased. Consequently they are losing business. It sounds like Fiddler is involved with the decision to get new management for the next phase of growth. This may be a positive. wj
