The rest of the conflicts you mention do not fall under the mandate or power of NATO to do anything about. Kosovo and Yugoslavia do>> Nuke, why did you say such BS? You did not have to... UN begged us... Kosovo is Yugoslavia and No Mandate was in existance.. If you would say capability..than o'key.. As for your confusion about nature of civil war, and disaster that is still in the making it is honorable, but confusion neverthless..war is brutal...civil or not You have not seen half dead bodies that I have...so drop this poustering
