Because Gerry Roche is handling the search for Hydrix and Struggles plus they are including Thompson (their top tecnical guy) and other search firms.......this thing is being taken seriously. These are the guys who brought in Gerstner among many others. and they have a reputation to think about. The last thing that will happen they will produce a bum. In the search world, it doesn't get any bigger or better than this. And, they should be looking for a number of the top positions...CFO etc.

Now we know the BOD makes the decision on the candidate so I guess the proof is in the puddin'.
