I did too! As well as the TSE regulatory board, the Globe&Mail and Bloomberg Canada. They've actually all acknowledge receipt of the e-mails... now we'll see if anything comes of it. I'd encourage everyone to do the same thing.

I'm afraid to say that this may go nowhere. Even though I do believe they've manipulated the stock in the past few days to their own financial advantage, it will be difficult to prove. Pavan will simply say that he is not responsible for Yorktons actions, he is simply readjusting his coverage recommendation. OBVIOUSLY an analyst covering the stock at the same company will influence their decisions, but they will simply deny it. I'm not a lawyer but I truly believe this will be extremely difficult, if not impossible to prove conclusively. Having said that, I fully support the complaint to OSC and I'll do anything in my power to provide records or research into their trading behavior over the past 8 months if anyone requires.
