Again, solicitation is against SEC regulations unless you file the proper paperwork. Be very careful with this guy people. There is a very strong possibility that he is leading you into something you do not want to be involved with. Before doing anything with Sword, check with your personal attorney first. The advise given to me was to stay away.

Quite frankly his posts are actual excerpts from the 10K and worthwhile to read. However, I do agree that the repetitiveness with which he posts the same info tells us where he's coming from. The only defense against this kind of poster would appear to me to be continued pressure upon him to call the company, get the answers and then post here. If he doesn't do it then maybe someone should. Further, I would say that after 4 or 5 repetitive posts in the same few hours a complaint could then be lodged with SI for their consideration. It would be an harassment issue. Sword
