RR is never in direct competition with ATHM in any way. So FTC/FCC will find no ground to deny the merger. T only widens its territory.
Not forming a monopoly.

are you over here trying to convince folks that an ATHM and RR merger would never receive FTC/FCC approval?

heh. You know I don't like monopolies, so it's one of my few themes here. (Well, there's also the trashing of AOL whenever I have a legitimate chance to do so, but I try to be nice about it.)
