Burton, you mention the following: Wall Street Journal did get a hold of Roger. Perhaps send a letter Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested? Could you elaborate on this? How do you know this? For what purpose? Regards, Dusty

Burton and all, Roger Tompkins really does exist...I have been in contact with him by e-mail. He responded within a few short hours. I did not get in to a lot of specific questions with him. I know he is probably limited at what he can say at this point. I told him some investors were trying to get in contact with him, but, had not been successful. I asked him what information he could give me that I could share with the thread. He sent me a very nice response. Most of what he told me, we already knew, it's good to have it validated. Here is the meat of his message.... copied word for word. --------------------------------------------------- There is very little I can tell you that hasn't already been published via Midland's filings with the S.E.C. One thing of import that some may miss in reviewing recent filings is the statement that Midland has dedicated itself to becoming re-listed on the Bulletin Board. Our efforts so far have been directed toward becoming audited, current with the filings and sponsered by a broker-dealer. We are sponsered by a broker-dealer, the filings are current, the application for listing has been submitted to the NASD and we are now answering NASD inquiries. We cannot predict how long re-listing will take. Fisher is gone -------------------------------------------------- I know there are no big surprises here. I just wanted everyone to know what he had to say. I might add.. his message had some very warm pleasant undertones to it. It did not seem to be a quick, snappy, get her out of my hair response. He seemed very approachable. I hope everyone give's him a chance before becoming judgmental. Deb'
