When I bought my iMac last month it came with IE 4.
After getting those same reload problems after reading a thread I attempted to download IE 5 or whatever the latest for the Mac was. After 3 days of attempted downloads I gave up and downloaded Netscape 4.5 on my first try. IT works excellent on the iMAc. I am just scratching my head wondering why Apple bundled with Microsoft instead of Netscape.

I did start an iMac thread for those interested.
