Peacelover: Don't know answer to your question about whether NETP would trade in London first. Bear in mind that LPGL OWNS 2.6 million shares of NETP (as you OWN so many shares). Simply put...that means as
NETP shares trade up in value... it increases the asset value of LPGL
as a company. The more $ LPGL is worth... the more money your shares
in LPGL will be worth (increased earnings). The amount of shares LPGL owns of NETP... are NOT part of the additonal offering (let's say 3 million) that will go up for "sale" when the NETP IPO first trades.
