Are you now, or have you ever been associated with Darrel Piercy or Compact Connection? Can you answer that question truthfully? V$gas.Com Why are you afraid to answer this question? And by the way, quit lying about your purported PM's. Unless you want to display them, as far as I am concerned they are fiction. You are obviously soliciting people to pay to further your agenda. And I will repeat, it is you that needs to question a good attorney. Obviously, you have not. Again, solicitation is against SEC regulations unless you file the proper paperwork. Be very careful with this guy people. There is a very strong possibility that he is leading you into something you do not want to be involved with. Before doing anything with Sword, check with your personal attorney first. The advise given to me was to stay away.
