Earnings came out at the end of March. So we will have to wait 2 more months for the next. In the past PCNTF has meandered up and down out of synch with other internet stocks.
Two analysts have given it buy ratings, Lehman Bros. & Bear Stearns,
already. Asia is rebounding!

Some good reasons to hold. A) Mutual funds concentrating in the Pacific Rim are kicking butt right now. B) As an industry, Internet Providers have and average P/E of over 400; PCNTF is currently 330. Subscriber growth last year was 66%. C) The float is tiny. I would think that once the float is enlarged either through a public offering or split, institutions would have greater interest. If I am correct, they can only buy up to 5% of a single company, which would amount to about 9 million at present. Big number to me but does it mean anything to a fund manager?
