According to the company's financial data on Yahoo, the company had less than a million in cash at the end of the last reporting period. At that time, they reported that they lost almost $20M during the prior twelve months. It looks like that without the $75M infusion from Apollo, these guys are a few weeks away from running out of money. I would think that in those dire straits, Apollo probably got a pretty sweet deal, possibly at shareholder's expense (floorless convertable?).

With a P/S ratio of over 70 and a profit margin of less than -400%, this sure looks shaky (which would explain all the insider sales recently at a lot lower prices than the stock is currently selling for). Is this just the grand finale before this thing goes down the tubes???
