Stockbug, Ian: With all due respect:

It is not my intention nor my nature to shout fire in a crowded theater, but (to take your analogy one step further), where there is smoke, I think that people might want to know about it.

The apparent inclusion of the $14.9 million in revenues from recurring operations is perplexing because it is, by its nature, a one-time gain. GAAP (and Ian is correct in saying that there may be shades of white and gray in its application--but the 10K would not necessarily address sui generis transactions such as this apparently was) ordinarily would require separate line item treatment of this gain, much as an earlier poster suspected it should have been netted against the one time charge for the change in accounting principles. But it wasn't, and I was simply calling attention to that on this thread, lest some put in orders for calls or the stock at the opening. I was thinking of adding to my calls.
