But I won't, now. Management should have been more open, and above all more clear, how this transaction was treated. It makes all the difference in the world to ATML shareholders how we arrived at $0.17 for the quarter. Was this the beginning of the ramp up of new earnings generation power or merely a "false alarm".

The other issue in the quarter, to my view, was SG&A and cost of goods sold, both of which were higher than they might have been given the increase in the top line. Notice Perlagos did not mention anything, that I can recall for this Q, regarding margins. But I attributed these numbers to continuation of the integration of merger issues and need to establish marketing presence in ATML's new markets. I hope that is the explanation. Regards. Liacos_samui
