You don't know what you are talking about. Have you ever looked at an institutional trade screen. All those $15 trades were late reports after the close - I saw a zillion of them on Bloomberg. When you trade 20+ million shares the Nasdaq MM's don't have time to post all of their cancellations immediately, and usually clear them out at the end of the day. There is no question that this will gap tomorrow, the better question is where will it settle in at after the open. The price moved aggressively in the last 1/2 hour of trading.

I have followed this company and owned it back when it was ICGN and traded at $1 and change. The company took the proceeds paid to it from (I think a settlement of some sort) and re-morphed itself into an internet design shop. Their latest reinvention "venture capital internet company" is a boon to the little investors like you and me who could never be a General Partner or Limited Partner in a venture capital company, and most definitely not an internet VC company. This is saved for the Tommy Lee's, Vulcan Partners, Softbanks of the world. You and I have just been made Limited Partners in this new VC firm, for the price of owning the common stock. We should all be pretty pleased!!! We could never get in at the equivalent of ground floor prices on any of Rare Medium's future investment opportunities as simple retail investors. Many of the companies Rare Medium will incubate will not be public, and we will get paid the dividend equivalent of an IPO every time. Just one (shrewd) person's opinion. Good luck to everyone - long or short!
