They were doing something in Germany, but I don't think it was with Deutsche Telecom. Anyway, that is a huge company which deals with other, huge, companies.

Consider yourself corrected. You're wrong.

DGIV did put out a press release to great fanfare talking about a German internet network (in only one state, Brandenburg) that had "preliminary approval". However, DGIV had no business lined up on this network, no agreements with any German companies, and no evidence that the network is being built or even if it ever gained "final approval".

Maybe someone should call Louis International and see how that deal is going.... sounds a lot more promising.
