ABOV why I like it:

1. Earnings were amazing - In CC analysts were congratulating management
on the quarter.

2. Undiscovered compared to EXDS.

3. Has not surpassed high of this year yet.

4. Revenue growth is unbelievable.

5. Splitting early next month.

Looks like a good play here. I am hoping for analyst's positive comments in
the next few trading days regarding earnings etc...

DRIV digital beat numbers compare to what BYND did yesterday heres a good post from yahoo Seriously, could the news be any better? Last week we were in the 50's and now we're down to 44. There's a lot of room for recovery. Is there any chance we don't get a significant jump
tomorrow and then move higher over the summer???

DRIV was as high as 50 last week on April 14th. Look at all the GREAT news that happened to DRIV just in that last week. It really is unbelievable:

1) DRIV acquired Maagnum Internet Group and Public Software Library Ltd. to take the leadership role in the 400 million a year shareware industry (April 16th)

2) DRIV and BYND settle their lawsuit (April 16th)

3) Piper Jeffray puts out BUY recommedation on DRIV (April 19th)

4) uBid Forms Partnership With Digital River to Become First
Online Auction Site Offering Downloadable Software (April 20th)

5) BYND comes out with stellar earnings showing Wall Street that the online software industry is growing faster than anyone thought (April 21)

6) Digital River Launches MP3 Music Download Store With
WWOZ-FM for New Orleans Jazz Fest. This is a significant event and brings DRIV into the online digital music business (April 22)

7) DRIV announces stellar results. Revenues grow 416 percent year over year and beat both revenue expectations of 10 million dollars with 11.7 million and earnings expectations of -.29
with -.27 ... An awesome quarter (April 22)

8) In a fantastic move, DRIV announces a whole new business at the conference call ... the company is moving ahead with its fee-based e-commerce service initiative aimed at leveraging
the company's infrastructure by providing e-commerce solutions to non-software companies. The business is called Commerce Bridge and will be a HUGE new market for DRIV outside of
software. Ronning hints of 3 big contracts in the works. (April 22).

Seriously, this last week has been the best in DRIV's history. It can't get any better. The analysts I believe will now appreciate DRIV's business model. WIth such a small float for DRIV
stock (a measly 3 million), once buying starts, the stock price will start to jump point by point.
