Mark Pavan, an analyst at Yorkton Securities, which underwrote Bid.Com's last three rounds of financing, cut his rating on the stock to "underperform'' from "speculative buy'' because of the stock's nearly five-fold surge in the last two months. Shares of the Toronto-based online auctioneer fell C4.80 (US3.23), or 25 percent, to C14.20. Yesterday the stock fell C5.25 to C19.
