Laser, you are asking the right questions. I see that Rick gave you a very good answer. Currently shareholders are speculating that the process is cost effective. I will not be attending the MGAU shareholder meeting, but would be happy to send you my shares proxy for you to attend. I suspect you were just being facetious, but let me know if you want it. Fortunately, I don't own enough shares for you to take control, so everyone is safe. <VBG>
