You'd need a short story to answer precisely, but on the fly our picks are just the same as any others you might have in your watch lists and/or databases.. The same buy signals for any trader is fine for our picks, actually ours are usually giving more distinct signals because a) watch lists: they are highly volatile momentum plays and/or b)earnings plays: they are close to earnings and and therefore also volatile and giving a chance a longer term hold since they are fundamentally sound. Yes the time frame is perfect 1-5 days or even 7. I use trend setting indicators, oscillators, volume (klinger, on balance volume or positive volume index, Market Facilitation Index).. usually I use Momentum, Williams %R, Wilder Relative Strength and stochastics.

I use bollinger bands and the other indicators are confirmations of the trend, esp. the RSI and volume indicators. I use 5-15 minute charts and when I have time the 1 minute and tick charts. The later I use mostly for exits.. I always double check with the weekly chart and have a yearly as well.
