To men mailman - The Comtrad stock has been used to purchase companies. I will check further, but the website provides such limited information regarding agreements, contracts, etc. Looks bad, but it pales to the need for information as to what course CHS will take with the shareholder suits. I am curious, with all the legal parties, as to who will take the lead. Received another packet today - this one from Wolf Haldenstein et al. None of the complaints match Cauley's for pure excitement vis a vis the recent success ($45 million) of a counter-suit. I think the situation there is much different than here. Anyway, each packet begs for a signature on a certificate as a plaintiff - I would have to have a lot more evidence placed on my plate before I would take that risk. I think the guy who started it for Cauley has 150 shares. Anyone else going to Miami?
