Is the company being sued or just ex-management? Where is this old thread? Who is the former Chairman who filed suit? It's not clear from your post. I appreciate the DD and want to know more, just can't find your thread source for the info.

Fla. that's old news.M&A was working in tandem with former chairman.I hope they don't have to honor his exit contract and furthermore make him pay the company back the shares he's rumored to have taken from the treasury without consent.Lots of loose ends to clear up from former management with much bad blood between old and new.I thought there was an agreement that this bum couldn't sue after he left?

FLa Trader is back!
Another late night post on SI. Take this for what it's worth, but I have a very strong suspicion that Fla Trader is none other than the outcasted criminal and former CEO, Ray! Way too much insider knowledge, and far to bitter and disingenuous to be a long. Besides, Ray has Florida connections and from his management style is stupid enough to pull a stunt like this. Come on...he mentions everybodies name, but somehow doesn't recall the name of the former Chair...please!

I read the post also and wondered the same. He's on a mission to tell us something we already know.I talked to Carr a few months back and thought he said the issue was resolved and he(Ray)agreed not to sue.I think the new management has the upper hand but we'll see.The first and best thing they did was discontinue MBHC's agreement with M&A West.If it isn't Ray then I'll bet they have alot in common.JMO.........jpg
