That's the problem. Too many Lawyers, too easy to file chapter 13, 11, 7. I am not saying give up, but i sure don't hear of many successful lawsuits regarding any micro-cap companies, or at least any where somebody, or a group, have actually COLLECTED on a judgement.... And that's the problem: too many 'outs'.
