The IDT stockholders I'm thinking of are the little fish, not the insiders (Pieper, the two Yuris and someone else, I forget, maybe Grant Evans). I expect the insiders to hold; indeed, they have to hold under this deal. It's more the lower level staff, or their families, who will have five or ten thousand shares of something saleable for the first time. The newspaper here is full of stories of people who grab at the first twenty thousand dollars they can get once their company goes public. So I wouldn't read too much into these kinds of rookie mistakes that are likely to happen pretty soon.

Lorretta, I agree...and they may not be so willing to sell....many of them have VCRs......Last hour of trading today will perhaps give us a clue as to the mood going into next week....
