Thanks for the replies guys, that rumor was not my issue.

I personally believe this company is a gold mine for any Pharm smart enough to buy it before the stock hits 225 to 275. It probably would be a Pharm that does not have racemet drug being replaced, otherwise they lose their own patent extension value. Or they buy SEPR and sell their expiring patent right.

My issue was buying LEAPS that could be made worthless if my concern becomes real. I'm greedy. I want this sucker for us, but I did want to flush money buying LEAPS if they became worthless in a take over, merger or buy out!
