I'm not sure if you are talking of Air Canada but one of my friend have a HUGE position in it. All i can tell you because i follow it a little (for him) is that in the last 6 months, "La Caisse de Dépot et Placement du Québec" has bought 10 000 000 shares about 1.5M a month all bellow 7$, i guess they would think it's going higher.
