MDIH-Fan, you must be working for the Company, otherwise, how do you know... all these details, which, as far as I know are non public? MDIH has done a very poor P/R job so far, which goes a long way to explain why its stock is languishing at these levels, instead of being where it should be: $3.00 to $4.00. I am sure the Company has excellent prospects, such as the Year 2000 Lottery that will probably double its earnings. Why doesn't it hire a seasoned P/R firm to help it come out of obscurity before the longs like me and others give up altogether? In fact, if they are going to improve on their act, perhaps they could start by answering an e-mail I sent 26th March, excerpts following: Mr Saferin & Mr Przysiecki, You may recall my speaking to you recently on the future prospects of MDIH and I acknowledge receipt of your investor's package. Since I doubt very much that you, or anyone else at MDIH, follow the various posts about your Company on the SI Board, I have taken the liberty to send you copies of two of my recent posts. As part owners of MDIH, we have become very concerned at the lack of efforts on the part of management and Company officers to maximize share value for the benefit of the shareholders, as it is their fiduciary duty to do. In fact several part-owners/shareholders have reached the conclusion that the Company could not care less about the value of its shares or feelings of its share holders. This is not my view yet, but this matter should be addressed without further delay. Another feeling I share is that you need to hire a competent PR/IR Company to promote your/our business. As a professional investor, I have dealt with a number of such people and can wholeheartedly recommend Veritas (James Neil, ph# 800-773 7317), who have done a great job for ZSUN. Please, note that I do not benefit whatsoever from making this recommendation. I intend to publish this e-mail in the form of an open letter to management on the MDIH thread on SI and would be pleased to publish your reply, should I receive one.
