Rande:
One of the things that I like best about TPEG, is the attitude of the ceo towards his business plan and the investment community:

Todd (Sanders): Okay. You know, why doesn't the company issue press releases
more frequently to keep the shareholders informed?

Irwin Meyer: I've been asked this question a lot lately. And my theory is that, when
we put out information, the information should be significant. It's not a good idea from
our perspective to put out a press release every week when we really have nothing to
say. I think that what we have to do is put out information that is meaningful and that
investors and the investment community will want to know about.

It's only been 90 days since we began restructuring TPEG. And our plan is a
long-term plan. Rebuilding this company, seeking Internet partners, and doing due
diligence is very time consuming. It doesn't happen in a matter of days.

We believe that in the coming months we'll have news of a material nature for the
shareholders and for the investment community. And we intend to obviously make it
available as it becomes available to us and it's appropriate to disseminate it.

We're looking for investments. And we're looking for strategic alliances with emerging
Internet and e-commerce companies where we can joint venture projects, own an
equity stake, and hopefully these companies- the value of these companies will grow
during the coming years.

This is a long-term program. And most of the companies that we are involved in right
now are private companies. And we are hopeful that within the 12 to 18 month period
coming forward that they will have the opportunity to do their own IPOs.

it's stuff like this that makes me think that it is only a matter of time before TPEG is a big winner. Especially because several companies have followed the cmgi model to great success.

Thanks Rande Is. It appears that the TPEG reverse split confusion is coming from the fact that they implemented a reverse split in May, 98, and had another one planned late in 98 to stay on NASDAQ. The second reverse split was never implemented becaused the share price went above $1, and was unecessary. The strange thing is that the Yahoo chart shows two splits in 98, which I think is incorrect. I think I'd better call their PR firm to clear up this issue once and for all, and to find out about the warrants. I'll report to the thread what I find out.
