FROM THE STOCKHOUS BOARD REGARDING CRIMINAL YORKTON AND PAVAN

I tried to explain to everyone earlier that complaining to the TSE would be fruitless. These types of situations do not get
monitored by the TSE.
WE ALL WANT ACTION.
THE PROPER AVENUSE IS TO WRITE OR PHONE ( WRITING IS MORE EFFECTIVE ) TO :
THE INVESTMENT DEALERS ASSOCIATION
121 KING STREET WEST SUITE 1600
TORONTO ONTARIO M5H 3T9

CONTACT JAMES LEE 416 364 6133
HE TOLD ME THAT HIS JOB WOULD BE MADE MUCH EASIER IF MANY PEOPLE WOULD FORWARD AS
MUCH MATERIAL AND KNOWLEDGE AS TO WHAT TRANSPIRED OVER THE MONTHS WITH MARK
PAVAN.

I WENT TO GREAT LENGTHS TO TRY TO GET THEM TO INITIATE AN INVESTIGATION. WHILE HE DID
NOT USE THE TERM "OFFICIAL" INVESTIGATION, HE WAS VERY WILLING TO LOOK INTO THIS AS
INVESTIGATIONS IS HIS DEPARTMENT. I WOULD NOT BE OUT OF LINE TO SAY THAT ONCE THE
LETTERS AND CALLS COME IN, YOU COULD SAY THAT PAVAN WILL BE UNDER INVESTIGATION BY
THE I.D.A. AS IT IS THEIR OBLIGATION TO INVESTIGATE THESE KIND OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT
BROKERS AND ANALYSTS.
I REPEAT ..IT IS NOT THE TSE THAT PEOPLE SHOULD APPROACH.....THEY WILL BE TOLD THE SAME
THING I WAS TOLD WHEN I ASKED FOR THE SURVEILLANCE DEPT.

THOSE ON SI OR OTHER THREADS PLEASE RE-POST THIS IF THEY WANT.

MY NEXT POST ON MEDIA DISINFORMATION IS WELL WORTH READING EVEN IF ONLY PARTS OF IT
MIGHT BE APPLICABLE.

FRANK

If you have a pure cash account, your shares should not be available for loan to go short. If you have shares of BIDS in your margin account, call your broker and have them transferred to the cash position of your account. this will have the same effect as calling for certificates without the hassles of sending them back and forth upon purchase and sale of said shares.

Thank you for your support. Courtesy of Bartles & James Wine Coolers.

Bid.com will rise from the grave again.

Anyone who follows this stock should know that by now, Yorkton & others has been playing around with bid.com for god knows how many times.. manipulating its prices on the way up and making tons of money on the way down. Let's face it few weeks from now daytraders will all be trading bids, a feeding frenzy could easily drive the price to $28.00 US or $42 cdn.

NOV 98 Bid.com setting a (base at $1.50 cdn).. first high $4.00 almost crash to $2.00 afterward hovering around $3

Bid.com sets 2nd new high $6.00 after that crash to $2.00 for about few hours slowly bounced back to $2.80 and then setting a
(base at $3.00)

JAN 99 Bid.com shot up to $10.00 another new high #3
crash again to as low as $4.20 then hovered around ($6.00 base)

March 99 Bid.com set another new high almost $18.00 #4 DIP
APRIL 99 Fifth new high $32.00 crash again to $8.50
YOU GET THE PICTURE

Bids already made it to the nasdaq chart as one of the most active volume traded stock. "2 days in a roll"
Guess who's accumulating this stock right now, the same group of people who trashed bid.com few days ago. Bids is one of the stock that I bought today, the lower it goes the higher my return will be in the future. Dow Jones & Nasdaq are at all time high, i only buy stock that's dirt cheap, beaten to the ground, like bids. My portfolio now is mostly cash because i'm afraid the market might tumble big time but at these kind of prices I just couldn't resist not buying bids.

BUY LOW SELL HIGH!
