Im curious CBJR, what differentiates LOAX with other ISP's? Why do you think it substantiates higher market caps? Does LOAX possess a proprietary technology? OKEY

I would appreciate it if you would tell me what is the nature of the special relationship that LOAX has with CSCO and NT, aside from the fact that there are two middle management CSCO and NT employees on the board of LOAX. I have been through the SB-2/A twice and I have not been able to find any evidence of a special relationship. Has anyone actually read the SB-2/A? I would also appreciate it if you would tell me how many customers LOAX has. Are there only 4,000 customers? If so, these customers are only worth approximately $10.0 MM (4,000 @ $2,500 each). Toss in the cash ($20.0 MM) and you have a company that should be valued at $30.0 MM, instead of $200.0 MM plus. Am I missing something? JMHO.
