i want to remove win tune98 from my pc. it's there on the add/remove list. but when i click on it to remove it, i get an application removal dialog that says,

"could not open logfile C:\Program Files\Win Tune98\ST5UNST.LOG"

what do i do to open this file so i can uninstall this app?

i tried opening ST5UNST.LOG in notepad, then running remove again. didn't work. can someone point me in the right direction?

:)

Thanks jw and Mark,

I take from this tread more then I can help. It felt good that I could contribute something of value. As I get more experience with Win 98, IE5 and Communicator 4.5, maybe I will be able to help more.

>>mr.mark, sorry I can't take credit for this one. Let's all give
H.Peterson a Pat on the Back for thisun'.
